Furnished Studio Sublet Available | Flexible Move-In (May–July)

I’m looking for a responsible subletter to take over my lease for a spacious, fully furnished studio. The apartment is available starting May 1, with flexibility on move-in. The latest possible move-in date is July 31.

The unit is a large 560 sq ft studio in a convenient location near The Outlets at Orange and UCI Medical Center. It comes fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, couch, desk, and dressers, making it an easy, move-in-ready option.

The apartment includes:

• Covered parking spot in a gated lot, included in rent
• Air conditioning and heating
• Large walk-in closet
• Full bathroom with shower and tub combination
• Oven, microwave, and refrigerator

Utilities are very manageable. Electricity and internet are typically under $50 per month, and water and trash are included in the rent.

The complex also features a pool, hot tub, and on-site laundry.

I’ve really loved living here. It’s comfortable, quiet, and well located. I am spending most of my time at my partner’s place, so I would love for someone else to enjoy the space.

Lease Details The lease runs through September 30. There may be an option to take over the lease long term without my name attached, pending approval from property management.

Additional Notes I will not be living in the unit, but I may stop by about once a month to make sure everything is in good condition, since I remain responsible for the apartment through the end of the lease.

Ideal Tenant Looking for someone reliable, clean, and respectful of the space and furnishings. A history of on-time rent payments is important. Preference for female or femme-presenting tenants.
