Furnished room available immediately for one female. Home is located on a quiet street close to Prescott YMCA, approximately 1.5 miles from downtown Prescott.

The room is located in the NE corner of the house. It has two windows, a full size bed, closet and built in storage. A ROKU TV is available for your streaming apps.

Our ideal roommate is cheerful, compassionate and has a natural ability to live peacefully with others. We share household chores to keep the house tidy.

Women strong in their recovery are welcome here.

First and last month’s rent + signed rental agreement required to move in.

Utilities and Wi-Fi included.

No drug use (illegal OR recreational) or excessive alcohol use permitted. No overnight guests. No pets due to potential allergies. Non smoker preferred.
