Im a single Mom ,im 55 I have an upstairs bedroom my 19 year old daughter has an upstairs bedroom, the room for rent is on main floor!!!I have a few things that need time be finished but other then that ,its an Awesome, 5 min walk to the train and pleant of street parking!!!
