Just bought a home in Augusta and I’m looking to rent out the rooms just to have people around to chat with and help with rent. I have 2 rooms available but they do share a bathroom. It’s a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house, 2 stories with a garage and a lot of open space. I don’t have any pets unless you count an aquarium. In military so I’m gone most of the time tbh and when I’m not in probably just chilling watching TV.
