About the room
The room is approximately 11x13’ on the back end of a single story house. We are located in east Plano off Jupiter, down the road from Collin County College and minutes from both 75 and GBT. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and right next to a greenbelt and a few parks. If you are interested, please message me for more details!
About the roomies
We are a group of gay friends (all platonic) living together to save costs. One of our number is moving out for job-related reasons, and the replacement we had lined up fell through for also job-related reasons, hence the immediate availability.
We are all of us nerds and gaymers. We enjoy going down to Cedar Springs on Friday nights as much as we like having friends over for a game night. For the most part, we try to be very chill and each do our own thing. We like to have get-togethers, but rarely have any truly wild parties.
Additionally, we have – between the three of us – two dogs and one cat, so someone comfortable with animals is a must. Unfortunately, due to the house layout, we do not have the space to bring in another dog. Another cat is a possibility, but would need to be discussed first. So if you love animals and are not yourself a pet parent, please consider us!
Other than that, while we are hoping to find another nerdy gaymer to join our ranks, any queer or LGBTQ+ friendly person would be welcome.
