Single room for rent in North Davis, $653.50 a month

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in August! This would be your own room in a three bedroom house. It’s a duplex with its own backyard, washer & dryer in-unit, and a dishwasher. Three lovely cats live here (two once you move in). We are open to pets, just no dogs or birds. We’re LGBTQ+/420/alc friendly! PG&E and wifi are paid seperately from rent. It’s usually around $40-50 divided between us for PG&E and $17.50 for wifi.

The room is south-facing so it gets a lot of sunlight in the afternoon, perfect for plants. The living room and kitchen are very spacious and already furnished. We share our utensils and pots/pans, too! This house is less than a 10 minute walk from Safeway & near many bus stops (lines P, Q, 42B, 42A, B, G, and J).
