This house is only a 10-minute walk to Sather Gate of UC Berkeley and is just around the corner of Telegraph. The bedroom comes with really nice natural lighting with a view of the street. The house is equipped with hardwood floors. The room is located in a spot of the house where it is very quiet and peaceful. The house has a large shared kitchen with plenty of fridge and pantry space. Three people can cook at the same time with no problem. Across from the bedroom door, there are also two bathrooms and two showers. Besides the kitchen, there is also an upstairs kitchenette and fridge. I have lived in this house for two semesters now, and I can confidently say that there has never been a time when I couldnt get access to the shower/bathrooms or the kitchen.

The house has 6 bedrooms that houses one person per room. I will not be living in the house this summer, and some of the tenants will be leaving over the summer as well. Everyone is extremely friendly and respectful of your space. They are the most considerate and fun people I know in Berkeley.
