Room in a nice single family home in the Eastgate Ohio location on a quiet cul-de-sac. Access to a private bath and shared common area and 1/2 acre backyard with deck. Safe neighborhood with a cop living on the street.

First off, I am an avid animal lover. I have one old small dog and somehow adopted to cats. I am very down to earth and easy to get along with. Currently, I am about a 7-8 on the cleanliness scale, but always looking improvement. Hard to take care of an entire home by yourself. I go out at times, but more of a home body. I do value my personal time and space at times and will do the same for others.
