Hi, I have one large room available at a shared house to rent in South Augusta, 7 minutes from Ft Gordon Gate 5 off Winston Way. 5 minutes from Walmart Neighborhood Market and other stores. Utilities are included. Internet is included. Room is furnished. There is a private half bathroom and shower (jack and jill) that is shared. The ideal tenant keeps to themselves and does their own thing. They clean up after themselves and provide most of their own supplies. They are quiet, respectful, peaceful, follow house rules, and are responsible. The room is for one person. No dogs. No couples. The tenant will pay rent by a weekly or monthly rate. The weekly rate is $175 per week or the monthly rate is $750. To move in, a $450 security deposit is needed in additon to one month’s rent. The weekly rate would require two weeks rent plus the security deposit.

Two male tenants live at the property already. One works as a middle school algebra teacher in his thirties. Another works on highway infrastructure. Both are quiet and keep to themselves.
