The unit is 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Shared backyard with neighbor. The bathroom would be shared. Plenty of storage, with a basement!
Preferred roommate would be mid 20’s to mid 40’s. Looking for someone female or gender non-conforming. Non-smoking.
Two bedrooms available. Rent depends on the number of roommates. $600-$900 a month, not including utilities and internet. Combo washer and dryer in unit. Street parking only.
The move in date can be flexible.
