It’s a really nice 2 bedroom apartment at Theo apartments in Denver. It’s in a great location, on one side there’s a main road (Colorado Blvd) and the other side is very walkable, with grocery, restaurants, shops, and a park. It’s a corner unit on the 5th floor so it’s got lots of windows, and a nice view of the mountains. The apartment has a spacious layout with a shared kitchen and living room, but you still get your own space and bathroom, plus there’s in-unit laundry. It’s a newer build, so everything is really clean and updated. The building has a pool, a gym and a rooftop hangout area. Overall it’s a really nice apartment with great amenities, in a convenient location.

I’m 33 years old and currently work as a barista at a coffee shop. I moved here from Columbus, Ohio in July so I’m still relatively new to Denver. My brother is currently sharing the apartment with me, but he will be moving out in June and I am looking for someone to take his place. I’m sober and would preferably like to find a roommate who is not much of a partier. I have 2 small dogs, Felix (30 lbs) & Olive (16 lbs), both Boston Terriers. They are both super friendly, and pretty chill (though Olive has her spaz moments at times). They do well mostly sleeping while I’m away at work, but like to play with their toys when I’m home. Olive is not great with other dogs, she can be kind of a bully (she thinks she has to make up for her small size) so I am looking for a roommate who does not have any pets of their own. I would describe myself as quiet, kind, and down-to-earth. I spend most of my time at home rather than out socializing. I’m looking for someone responsible, respectful, and easy to live with who values a clean and peaceful home.
