About the room
The complex is large with two pools, a gym, and a large pond. There’s ducks around the property & currently there’s baby ducklings as well🥹
The apartments are very nice in terms of quality and utilities. The floor plan I currently have is on the cheaper end of a two bedroom apartment, but it is still very spacious & more than I could ask for!
About the roomies
I currently live with my best friend! We started our lease in December 2025 & it will end in January 2027. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who can take over my half of the lease due to personal responsibilities. I’m in search of someone who could move in either May 3rd or June 3rd with $850 to pay for the month’s rent (rent is due at the beginning of the month on the 3rd).
I’m looking for someone who is young (18-24) & preferably in school. MUST be a female!!!
