Available housing opportunity in my townhouse. I have two rooms available for rent, I’m a female, looking for female roommates only. Please note that since this is a townhouse, all bedrooms are located on the second floor. One room comes furnished and the second bedroom does not come furnished.

The requirements for moving in are as follows:

• Must pass a background check
• Must provide proof of employment
• $250 security deposit

I am looking for clean roommates who will respect the following house rules:

• No pets and no service animals
• No smoking
• No overnight guests

Near I-75 and 275.
