Hello Everyone, I have two separate bedrooms available for rent. All utilities are included and this home is absolutely Amazing! The amenities are countless and all included w your rent. We have a good energy flowing w good vibes! There is a smaller room approx. 11’x11’ and the other is 23’x14’x11’ (vaulted ceiling), both have shared bathrooms. The house has; pool and spa, outdoor shower, patio lighting, yard torches, a fire pit, a good gym w weights, a universal machine, treadmill, row machine, stationary bikes, stretching bands/yoga balls, bikes to ride in town, all sorts of sports equipment to be used as loaners and we’re located in the Beautiful City of Mountain House. The home is Special and we have available rooms for female occupancy, since there are girls in the house and they prefer same gender. Commonly I will cook and share the meals as well as condiments. Two fridges, microwave, commercial grade washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, etc. I can consider pets. There is one friendly 9yo yellow lab that lives w us. The backyard is a Garden Setting that brings peace and tranquility w a charcoal and gas bbq to use and a heat lamp. There is a large picnic table for outdoor eating. A workshop that is be willing to loan tools to you with an agreement that I get them back.
