Updated clean unfurnished space! Located in a Great Little Gated Community with Community garden and outdoor patio spaces. ( we have a BBQ too) Close to the heart of the Fruitvale District and Shopping , Cafes, coffee and More! And just a few blocks away is BART! Lots of Light …. New Kitchette in every unit Shown Friday Saturday and Monday at 5:30 to 6pm Applications will be at the OPEN HOUSE FRIDAY and MONDAY 5:30 to 6pm AND SATURDAY 5pm to 6pm!! No Appointment necessary! Just stop on by See Mr Gilberto or Mr Dees they will meet you in the lobby!

This property has a very unique story.
Once upon a time folks living in San Francisco would come to the Fairlawn Resort to escape the FOG … They would get on the boat and come to the town of Clinton ( its now part of Oakland) located at East12th and 13th in today’s New Chinatown. The “Ferry building” is still there on E12th. Complete with the tavern and the brothel basement …
You would hop on the horse and buggy ride to the Fairlawn where there was expansive lawn and sunshine and then walk to the creek to bath in the following creek waters. ( I don’t suggest this today, but the late 1800s this was a thing to do)
The Fairlawn has been a few things since it’s resort days. Currently an SRO that has been updated and not what you imagine an SRO to be. Seriously. See what Affordable Housing can be!
