This is a MONTH TO MONTH rent opportunity. We have 3 different bedrooms available for rent in a large home located in Mars Hill, NC loacted 6 minutes off exit 11 right next to MHU. Only a 25 minute drive to Downtown Asheville!!

Beautiful Blue Ridge Mountain views!! AVAILABLE STARTING May 4th.

Room options in order of price:

#1 > Furnished Balcony bedroom for $1,200/month. This room includes a private balcony with full mountain views, a large built-out closet, and an additional hidden private storage area behind the closet area that can be used as a small office (desk is included if wanted). Comes with thermal blackout curtains. Stunning large bathroom with shower and tub + lots of storage is private if only one roommate, but if the other room rents, bathroom will be shared. All bedrooms have their own lock and key.

#2> Spacious bedroom for $1,000/month. This room has a large fully built-out closet with plenty of storage. 2 large picture windows for lots of natural light that also included thermal blackout curtains. Stunning large bathroom with shower and tub + lots of storage is private if only one roommate, but if the other room rents, bathroom will be shared. All bedrooms have their own lock and key.

#3> Moody unfurnished bedroom for $900/month. This room is slightly smaller than the others but still a comfortable size. It includes a large built-out closet system for tons of storage. Stunning large bathroom with shower and tub + lots of storage is private if only one roommate, but if the other room rents, bathroom will be shared. It also has access to a full-length double door juliet style balcony that enjoys Blue Ridge Mountain views, which makes it a really nice option for the price. All bedrooms have their own lock and key.

UTILITIES: will be split depending on number of roommates that month (typically 1/3–1/4).

The house was just listed on the market for sale in April so we will need to keep things clean and presentable for showings within a 24-hour notice. Month-to-month lease only because of the fact it’s listed for sale, but the realtor said that this house could realistically take up to a year to sell.

We have 2 friendly small dogs, so no additional pets.

About the homeowners… We are 29 and 26 y/o females looking for female roommates who are clean, respectful, and easygoing. We are social and enjoy having friends over occasionally, so someone comfortable with that environment is ideal. We take pride in the space and are looking for someone who will respect that.
