Wonderful room to rent in a 4 bed/2 bath apartment over on 25th and 1st within the complex called Waterside Plaza. Located on the 29th floor facing uptown with beautiful views of the East River and LIC. Rent is 1839/month+utilities. Move in is May 1 with lease ending 1/1/27 with option to renew. Roommates are 1 female/early 30s, 2 males/late 20s all working their respective 9-5s. Lots of shops close by: Trader Joe’s, multiple grocery stores and restaurants a few blocks up on 2nd & 3rd; great walking/run paths along the east river right downstairs, really nice gym (with fee).. I will not be taking full size bed with frame/mattress and 6 drawer dresser which you can have for free! more than happy to discuss further..Message me if interested
