The room is on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom and has no other rooms next to it, offering a ton of privacy. The other two rooms are on the third floor. The kitchen, guest bathroom, dining table, living room and shared office area are on the second floor. This house puts you just steps from the Heights/White Oak Bayou hike and bike trail — perfect for morning runs along the water or weekend rides through Houston’s most scenic green corridors. You’re minutes from Downtown Houston, Memorial Park, the Heights, and Montrose, with the MKT market area right around the corner offering local dining and shopping, plus a Kroger within walking distance for everyday errands. There will be two other people living there. We care about harmony in the house so we will do Zoom and in person interviews to make sure everyone is the right fit. Currently there is one working professional female and her sweet, kind, and quiet dog Ramona who is medium sized.
