The home is currently being renovated and should be finished by the end on June, possibly sooner! It is a two bedroom one bath duplex with a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen. I will cover utilities and have must need amenities within a few days of move in.

It will just be myself and my sweet Doberman. He’s a big people person, you’re only worry with him is trying to get face kisses! 🤣

I am a pretty clean person, especially when I’m sharing a home with others. You pick up after you, I’ll pick up after me. With a dog, I’ll be sure to vacuum often.

I work overnights so if you’re an up in the day kinda person, you most likely won’t see me much. I do need the house to be somewhat quiet during the day since that is my time for rest of course I am understanding if things happen!

The unit is in a very quiet neighborhood, it looks nice, and is very close to restaurants, stores, and such.
