About the room
Quiet property on the edge of Christiansburg, 2 rooms included for the price. Paved drive way with 2 available spaces. Internet included in rent advertised. The shower is shared as there is only one full bathroom. The bedroom for rent has a half bathroom attached. That bedroom is decently spacious and has a walk in closet/shelf space. The side bedroom is small and better suited to a small office, hobby or exercise space.
About the roomies
I work nights so i’m not too picky about work or sleep schedule. My peak hours at home are 7am to roughly 2pm at the latest after that i’m asleep. I keep my room and any areas I use clean. I’m not particularly loud though I do sometimes listen to music, the rooms are across the house from each other so it shouldn’t be an issue. Looking for a financially reliable roommate who keeps their space clean thats about all.
