You’ll be sharing the home with quiet adult housemates and small quiet dogs. Because this is a shared home with shared living areas, a male roommate is preferred.

Move-in special: First month’s rent is $500. Security deposit: $500 Regular rent: $1,100 month-to-month or $1,000/month with a 12-month lease
