• Shared chores: we rotate trash, vacuuming, deep cleaning, etc.

• George (he/him, 35): works in the service industry, loves the beach, hiking, arts, design & fresh flowers.
• Juan (he/him, 26): barber, works afternoons (starts at noon), enjoys exploring the city and going out with friends.

Who we’re looking for: A chill, respectful, communicator who likes to keep a clean, tidy space and socialize sometimes — no pressure to hang out constantly. LGBTQ+ & 4.20 friendly. We like to host our friends over, small get togethers, and a party once every blue moon.
