Looking for friendly, respectful housemates to join our house in the heart of Capitol Hill. We’re a 5-bedroom home with two current residents and three rooms opening up on June 30th

The house:

Spacious 5BR home with shared kitchen, living room, and wifi Shared laundry room with washer and dryer Large backyard and front yard with porch and seating Street parking available on the block and nearby

The rooms:

Two rooms at $1,200/mo, one smaller room at $1,000/mo All utilities and wifi included in rent — no surprise bills, landlords are kind and helpful rooms are not furnished but the rest of the house is (2 couches, TV, Dining table with chairs, microwave, etc.)

The location:

10-minute walk to Capitol Hill Light Rail Station 10-minute bus ride to downtown Seattle Steps from Cal Anderson Park, and everything Capitol Hill and Seattle has to offer

Lease & move-in:

Available June 30th One-year lease

Queer-friendly home — all are welcome No pets No smoking indoors; smoking permitted outside

Someone who respects shared spaces and cleans up after themselves Good communication and a relaxed, friendly vibe Proof of income (~2.5–3x monthly rent) and a brief intro about yourself

My roommate and myself are two males in our mid twenties, I work full time as a paraeducator and he is in school right now getting his masters degree. We both like to spend time outdoors, play card games, watch movies and more. We are open-minded people and enjoy keeping to ourselves but also spending time together sometimes.
