I want to renew my 1 year lease in my 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Arlington heights. My roommate wants to move in with her partner. The apartment has the sweetest landlord, free off street parking, and our own washer and dryer in the basement. Right along the minuteman bikeway, 10 mins to alewife, 0.5 miles from Trader Joe’s. No pets allowed.
I am a pretty easy going roommate. I like to keep common areas relatively clean but I understand when life happens. I am an engineer and I wfh two days a week. I am not really a partier… I usually just want to relax when I get home. The other building tenants are super sweet … they gifted me a couple houseplants for my birthday this year 😄.
