I have a townhouse in quiet family friendly neighborhood .You have your own parking spot. I have a couple bedrooms to choose from. Currently I have a finished basement that I will designate as your space with a half bathroom and bedroom (den). For lower level basement living area and room, I’m asking $1400. This is available Sept 15, 2026. For second floor bedroom and bathroom, I’m asking $1000. Second floor bedroom is currently occupied and not available. In terms of location, I’m one minute from Fairfax County Parkway. Walking distance to South Run Recreational Center and a straight shoot to Springfield Metro.
