Seeking a 22-39ish year old roommate

About the Space: One unfurnished 14.5ftx10ft room with 9.5ft x3ft closet in a two bedroom apartment on half of the first floor of a house (4 housing units total). Full kitchen with dishwasher, 1 full bathroom, living room and small storage room, basement access, no laundry in building, heat included in rent. No pets or children, sorry. Front and back yard with wrap around covered porch. Off street parking and street parking available. Located a two minute walk from the Community Trail and nearby the Silver Fountain Inn & Tea Parlor. Also an eight minute walk to the Washington St and Central Ave intersection of downtown Dover.

I (Lisa, she/her, 31 years old) have been at this location since May 2021. I work Friday -Tuesday evenings in person. I’ve lived mostly in Dover since 2016 and this is my favorite apartment of the five or so I’ve been in because of living room size, the porch to see neighbors walk their dogs, and obviously the heat being included in the rent. I am looking for a roommate who will clearly communicate needs, uphold our shared agreement for cleaning and tidying shared spaces, and is open to having a meal together occasionally. I host a group of friends quarterly or less across the year and have one or two friends over occasionally.
