Looking for a kind, easygoing person to join our 3 bed / 1.5 bath home in Central/North Boulder starting June 1st! The house has plenty of space, a great backyard, and the room can come furnished if needed. We also share the home with a friendly dog. Due to allergies, no cats. We prefer a household that enjoys the energy of the mornings and quiet of the evenings, most of the time. The room is $1,200/month, plus utilities. Currently month to month but ideally our new housemate will commit for a bit.

Coryanne – outdoor enthusiast, will talk composting all day/any day, 30/yr, works from home some of the days, and will bake various goods.

Riley– Math PhD student who enjoys running

Pepper – A very sweet and affectionate border collie / pit bull mix who loves being outside and watching squirrels. She’s a big part of the household, so being a dog lover is a must.
