About the room

Great pier bowl location, minutes walk to beach, shops, restaurants. Bedroom is downstairs and private from the rest of the living area. Shaded balcony, large, completely equipped kitchen, driveway parking included. There will be a max cap on electricity during high heat and cold months (electric heat and ac). The cap will be agreed upon and in the lease agreement.

About the roomies

I am a mature professional, and currently live here part time, work away during the week. I am tidy, friendly, responsible, and looking for same. I have family visit overnight occasionally and I have a small dog. I am looking for a mature (not necessarily by age) person, who will appreciate this place almost as much as I do. There are 2 bathrooms, but only one has a shower, so I will occasionally need access to it (3-5x times/month). I LOVE living here. No drugs or “party” events.
