About the room
The available room is located in the Santa Ranch Estates in Hollister, close access to Hwy 101 to Gilroy, Morgan Hill, San Jose, Salinas, Monterey, Watsonville and Santa Cruz. Seeking a friendly, respectful, responsible and clean, preferably a single occupant to rent our spare bedroom. Students Welcome! Potential candidates MUST be completely non-smoking (due to severe allergies no cannabis, vaping, or tobacco of any kind or pets). We will consider working with rental assistance programs, or foster care programs that assist youth with transitioning out of foster care as we have previously.
About the roomies
We are seeking a renter with a warm and friendly personality, someone who is easy going, clean, hygienic, caring, STRICTLY A NON-SMOKER, that enjoys an occasional social dinner and/or a game night together with their other housemates, but also definitely appreciates and understands personal time too.
