Looking for a responsible, clean, professional and positive roommate to rent one bedroom in my 3 bedroom home in Red Bank. About the home: 3 bed / 1.5 bath single family house. Shared kitchen, laundry and large family living room. Semi-shared bathroom (I will only use the main bathroom to shower). Quiet, safe neighborhood with large driveway with three carport spaces. Utilities split evenly - power/electric and WiFi every month and water every other month!

I work in education. Very quiet homebody. I have a cat, but I can’t have any other animals.
