Come share a space with us in Golden! Looking to fill one bedroom. It’s an upstairs room with shared bathroom. Super chill roommates and amazing location. Shared kitchen and bathroom, with another kitchenette and bathroom downstairs.

I work from home in my room, I am an engineer working in climate. We love to bike/hike/climb clear creek and the mesas, camping snowboarding - all the usual Golden hobbies.

We have a large shared living room upstairs but it really isn’t used much - I would love to find some room mates who want to socialize and spend more time in shared spaces if possible.

We have our own laundry and decent little deck. The garage is small and is used for outdoor equipment and bikes. The house is in a dream location - just blocks from downtown Golden but off the main roads, located a block from Clear Creek trail and north table mesa access as well as lookout mountain. I’m 39 year old working professional. I’m outgoing and love the outdoors but usually super chill when I’m at home. We really don’t have people over often but we aren’t opposed. One adult male downstairs who keeps to himself and my kids share the other rooms downstairs half time so usually the house is pretty quiet and empty. I have two amazing golden retrievers.
