The apartment is very close to both the airport and the university. Parking is only 1 assigned spot per apt, but there’s plenty of guest parking, and you can get a temporary assigned spot near an outlet in the wintertime. Power and wifi are currently in my name and aren’t too expensive to split. The room is big, has a walk-in closet, and gets sun in the morning. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a balcony that looks out into a nice little park. Kitchen has limited counter space. I already have furnished the shared living areas, you’d only have to bring any furnishing you’d want for your room, and I have a truck so I don’t mind helping out with a move. It is a non-smoking, no pets apt but service or emotional support animals are allowed.

Hello! I’m Ada, a 25 year old geologist with a 3 on 1 off rotation, and that means you’ll basically have the apartment to yourself June-October. I will still pay my half of the rent and bills while I am on rotation, not to worry. I’m a fairly neat and quiet roommate even when I am in town, I like reading, art, video games, and being outside. I’m a UAF grad and am looking for a roommate hopefully until next spring/summer. I’ve been living in this particular apartment for about 2 years now, but my former roommates have graduated and are moving out for work/grad school related reasons.
