A private, furnished bedroom (upstairs) with memory foam queen bed, TV (incl. several streaming channels), closet and semi-private bath - shared with wife and the occasional house guest. You need to be ok with the fully-furnished bedroom, as we don’t want to clear out all the furniture and have to rent a storage unit – but you can change out the bedding for your own if you like.

Full access and use of the common areas of the house and grounds – kitchen, dining room, family room (with pool table), comfy lounge w/bar, loft/workout area (with fitness equipment), laundry room, and backyard with conversation firepit, sundeck, pool w/waterfalls & fire-strips, hot tub, and table tennis.

A friendly and fun married couple, we will be considerate and respectful of your privacy. But we’ll also welcome you to join in on the fun with our friends & family on the occasions they visit (as we’re “the more the merrier!” type)… or play board/card games, ping-pong, and even join us on winery visits (they’re just 10-15 minutes away!) Basically, we can be friendly and sociable, get to know each other and hang out once in a while – or you can be a total loner if you wish and keep to yourself – we’re good either way! 😊
