The house has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There is a 2 car garage, a deck and a front yard. It is located right off the beltline and has several restaurants, bars and other businesses nearby.

I am currently living at the property and looking for someone to sign a new lease as my current roommate is moving out. The lease renews in June but the room is available to move into before then.

I am social and keep the house clean. I do not have any pets. I work during the week so am not home all that much. I like exploring the city and hiking in the Atlanta area.
