A private back entrance to the condo unit gives a nice view of a surprising amount of nature for the suburban environment (we’ve seen deer, foxes, and groundhogs despite the fact the “forest” behind the house is thin enough to see through it to the houses on the other side).

Hard Rules:

1. One year lease that is to include first and last month payments on move in.
2. Pets must be compatible with our big friendly senior pit mix.
3. No smoking in the house.

Married couple who will live in the other bedroom and use other bathroom in this 2 bed 2 bath condo space. One half enjoys reading, anime, and plants, the other half loves video games. There is also an energetic senior rescue pit mix who loves food, people, and sleeping on the couch.
