About the room

The Cottages is a solid spot for CSU students, especially since it’s right next to Walmart for easy grocery runs. I am looking for a summer sublease, with the room available from May 16th through July 24th (with the opportunity to extend the lease as your own after the 24th).

This is a corner room with a great view of the neighborhood from the window and plenty of natural light. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, and dresser, so moving in is pretty painless. You’ll have your own private bathroom and a huge walk-in closet, which is a major plus. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces, and the living room already has a TV set up.

The complex feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment and features a resort-style pool, year-round hot tub, 24-hour gym, and a volleyball court. There is plenty of resident parking plus actual space for guests to park when they visit. It’s a chill, convenient setup if you’re looking for a place that’s already good to go for the summer!

About the roomies

You’ll be living with three lovely roommates who are all super chill! It’s a really diverse group of gyals, so the vibe at the house is great. Just a heads-up that all three of them are planning to move out by August, so there will be a bit of a transition period this summer, but for now, you’ll be in excellent company.
