This room is the largest bedroom in a pre-war, rent-stabilized building. High ceilings and tons of space to stretch out. The building has an elevator and is right around the corner from the 137th St 1 train stop and is in close proximity to multiple laundromats, grocery stores, and more. There’s also some great bars in the area!

About the roomies

You’d be living with two 25 year olds who are employed full time. We spend most of the week in-office and enjoy going out, watching movies, and exploring the city in our off time. You would also be sharing the home with a fluffy black cat who’s very friendly and on an allergen-reducing diet
