Looking for clean, respectful, and easygoing roommates to share a thoughtfully designed, spacious home in a quiet South Seattle / Renton neighborhood. The goal here is to keep the home feeling comfortable, elevated, and easy to live in.

The room has a great window view and shares a clean, well-maintained bathroom. Perfect for someone looking for a solid setup at a great value.

The room is fully furnished and come with dedicated work-from-home setups, including desks and monitor/TV arrangements — making it easy to move in and get set up right away.

The home itself is fully set up with a modern, cozy, and slightly upscale vibe — lots of natural light, a comfortable living area with a fireplace, and a well-designed reading nook. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large island and is great for both everyday cooking and hosting. We are also have a BBQ setup in the sun deck.

There are several shared amenities that really make the space stand out — a home theater/projector setup, a pool table, a small home gym, and a full-body massage chair that’s perfect after a long day. The house is also well-suited for working from home.

We’re also in the process of building out the backyard into a premium outdoor space — think a landscaped setting with a fire pit seating area, lighting, and a relaxed hangout vibe. It’s something we’re actively working on to make the home even better.

The location is very convenient — about 10 mins to Boeing Renton and 20–30 mins to downtown Seattle depending on traffic. Quiet neighborhood, scenic surroundings, and close to essentials.

We’re open to roommates of any gender. Looking for working professionals or students who are clean, respectful, and align with a calm, comfortable home vibe.

Long-term preferred but flexible.

A little about us —

I’m a working professional at Apple, pretty easygoing, and enjoy staying active, traveling, and occasionally hosting friends. I like keeping the place clean and maintaining a relaxed, respectful home environment.

My roommate Jon works at Microsoft — super nice, easygoing, and enjoys gaming in his free time. Overall, we keep things chill at home.

We also have a 3-year-old English Cream Retriever, Ozzie. He’s very friendly, well-behaved, and a big part of the home — so being comfortable with dogs is important.
