Super nice apartments in Eden Prairie, located a short bike ride away from the EP Center mall, and an even shorter ride to Aldi and other stores!
The apartment is pretty empty right now (I just moved in and am looking for another to join me), its been very recently cleaned and inspected, and you would get both your own room and bathroom!
Other amenities of the apartment includes indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a sauna, and a fitness center!
If you are a single person moving in, then rent would be 750 a month (I would have to get back to you on utilities). I am okay with multiple people or a couple moving in, we would just split rent 3 ways, making it 500 a person.
I’m the only person living in the unit right now. I’m 25 years old, just came back to the midwest from Los Angeles, so I am just getting by and getting back on my feet.
I’ll usually be gaming, going out, or working out in my free time, so I likely won’t bother you too much.
I work part time and have somewhat of a random schedule, so some days I might leave around 9 AM, others I may be coming home around 11 PM.
