it’s listed as a three bedroom but i’d prefer just one roommate, living room and kitchen are all furnished so you wouldn’t need any of that. we pay electric which ranges from 40-100$ depending on the season, and wifi would be 30 each.
About the roomies
i have celiac so we can’t share toasters but as for food i’ll label my stuff and it’ll be pretty split even. i’m good at communicating and sharing chores with you. i also have a very affectionate cat named babby that’ll be with us
