I’m buying this house on May 14th 2026. Looking to fill 1 out the 3 bedrooms. It’s located near shopping, schools, and Peterson Space Force Base (all about 10 minutes away). Bedroom size is 10x11. All shared spaces will be furnished with shared appliances, bedroom is unfurnished. Has laundry on site and central air. Pictures posted are from listing due to it still being under contract, once I move in and furnish it I’ll update more recent pictures.

I’m 27 y/o and moved to Colorado 5 years ago to be closer to the mountains. I have 2 dogs and am looking for someone who likes pets but doesn’t have any of their own. I have lived with roommates for 3 out of the 5 years I’ve lived here and never had any problems. I’m open to having movie/game nights or just doing our own thing if you’re just looking for a place to stay. I am not a neat freak but don’t like clutter and would like someone that is respectful of others spaces. I work in an ABA clinic 4/5 weekdays and usually spend my time outside on the weekends.
