About the room

I will be buying a house on May 14th 2026. Looking for someone to fill 1 bedroom in the 3bd house. I have 2 dogs so would like someone that is ok with pets but doesn’t have any of their own. It’s a very centralized location with stores and everything you need less than 10 minutes away. Located near Peterson base. The bathroom will be shared as there is only one shower but a total of 2 bathrooms in the house. Lease length is negotiable.

About the roomies

I moved to Colorado 4 years ago to be closer to the mountains. I work out of the house on weekdays (besides Thursdays) and like to spend my weekends outside. I am looking for people who are respectful of others spaces and clean. I’m not a total neat freak but don’t like clutter.
