I have a spacious, unfurnished primary bedroom (approximately 11’ x 16’) available in my three-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome located in a planned unit development. The room has two closets, a private bathroom, and a peaceful view overlooking the community park. Please note that two of the photos are virtually staged so you can get an idea of the size of the room.

Rent includes utilities, in-home laundry, and uncovered parking.

I’m looking for one person to rent the room — preferrably a female and ideally a working professional who appreciates a calm, tidy space. I do have one friendly dog.

This would be a great situation for someone who is independent, considerate, and looking for a peaceful place to call home. The room will be available June 1.

I’m a mature professional woman who works from home. I’ve shared my home with a close friend for the past six years, and she is only moving out because she has the opportunity to get her own place. I truly love living here — it’s close to my daughter and grandchildren. Larkfield is a wonderful community, between Santa Rosa and Windsor, and I have great neighbors.

I value a clean, organized, and respectful living environment. I stay busy with work during the week and most weekends. In my free time I enjoy attending my grandchildren’s sports events, hiking, walking my dog, and spending time with friends and family.
