I have three dogs, so you must be comfortable around pets. They are friendly but do bark when they hear outside noises (such as cars passing), so this should be something you’re okay with.

Looking for a single occupant only (no couples) who values a calm and low-traffic living environment. No smoking or drug use permitted. No overnight guests or frequent visitors.

About Me & the Home

I’m a nurse who works 12-hour shifts four days a week, and I live here with my son and one other renter. We keep a respectful, peaceful home and value a calm living environment.

We are a Christian household, and while everyone is welcome, we do appreciate someone who is respectful of that atmosphere.

I have three dogs—a Boxer, a Bernedoodle, and a Morkie—so being comfortable with pets is important. They are part of the home and very loved. One of my dogs is older and currently dealing with cancer, so there may occasionally be accidents in the home during this time. I’m doing my best to manage it, but I do want to be upfront so whoever rents the room is understanding and patient.

During the day, I have someone come by to let the dogs out into the backyard when I’m working.

Overall, this is a stable, quiet home that would be a great fit for someone responsible, respectful, and easygoing.
