If your a beach-head or enjoy cooler weather, this place is amazing. Landlord is local and being an individual, opposed to a property management, it’s been convientent for communication. The condo is right off PCH and in a very lively area. It’s a 4 bedroom but everyone is on their own lease….month to month. This is for the MASTER, which comes with its own bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom itself is also great size. As of previously, Utilities will be put in your name but it is usually under a few hundred at most, and I can break down the past bills if beneficial. It’s been coed in the past 2/2 but with me and the other guy moving out over the past couple months, this will be the shift to all females for now.
