I have a room for rent, located in Milton FL, approximately 30-40 drive to Pensacola FL, dependingon when you leave. I’m looking for someone with a job and steady verifiable steady income,

No smoking please.

1 minute from Publix, Domino’s, Jersey Mikes, dollar general, and even a chiropractor facility.

3 minutes from Starbucks, a dental office, and family care!

8 minutes from Santa Rosa Medical.

7 minutes from Blackwater Heritage State Trail. Great for walks and biking!

And 30 minutes from Blackwater River State Park. If you’re into hiking, camping, swimming, kayaking etc, It’s a beautiful area with both controlled and free range camping. So much to explore here with unlimited trails and river access.

It is a 1 bathroom (shared), 3 bedroom house with 1 room available to rent.

It has a nice fenced in backyard, some things are still under construction but I’m fixing it up quickly. The house and property will look and feel much nicer all around in the coming months.

If you do have a pet I have a doggie door and if they know how to use it properly and they’re not too loud then that’s okay. But I do require a pet deposit and we can talk about the pricing based on the animal size Etc.
