About the room
Condominium unit inside a peaceful community. The neighborhood is walking distance from most of your essentials: fast food, grocery store, car rental, 2 shopping plaza’ movie theater, gas station, dry cleaning. Yet, we are still pretty hidden behind the hustle and bustle.
This is a room with its own bathroom connected to a balcony facing the trees. It is a split floor plan and you share no walls with anyone, not even the neighbors.
Pets will be discussed on a case by case basis.
About the roomies
I am the only other person living here. I spend most of my day in my room or out of town so you’ll be by yourself the majority of the time.
Ive lived with countless roommates in multiple cities, of many different backgrounds, ages, and social identities as well as hosted a ‘Shared AirBnB’. So I’m sure we’ll get along fine :)
