About the room
Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone(female) to take over my spot on the lease start from June 15th. It’s a private bedroom from a unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, shared with two roommates. One girl owns a private bedroom and bathroom, and you’ll share a bathroom with another girl. The room has basic furniture (Queen size mattress and bedframe, desk, chair, curtain) that I can provide for free! There’re a pretty big laundry room and a swimming pool inside the Apartment. The address is close to the main campus with about 20 minutes’ walk time, and there’s a bus station right in front of the main entrance. Rent includes all water, electricity, and Wi-Fi.
About the roomies
Two roommates are girls, and both of them studying in UCSB. They are friendly, clean, and willing to communicate if there’s any problem!
