We are just far enough out of the city we have some land and quiet, but close enough everything is a short trip. The room has its own AC unit for personal climate control. Lastly the landlord is pretty mellow and will allow us to garden ect. As we please. Pets are a 500 deposit

25 male. I work in telicom so I have a wild schedule between days/ nights and travel so Im not home but when I am I’m probably asleep. Im a quiet/clean artist trying to make life more affordable. I don’t mind cooking for the house if we split stuff. I can fix anything around the house generally and I will help with working on the car. I can hand most anything short of transmission or the inner engine.
