In Carrollton. Full rent is 1384, but it would be split in half. I already pay everything else.

My only ground rules for my behalf is to just pay your rent, clean up behind yourself, no stealing and can buy own food. Neither of us would really ever go into each other’s rooms for anything.

I have no pets. I’m 24 male. Lease is 13 months and I plan to renew after.

I sleep afternoons and work at night. While at the apartment, I’m usually playing games in living room or watching tv in the living room or my bedroom.
